  • Definition of Employee
  • Harassment
  • Hearing Loss
  • Defamation of Members character (A number ongoing)
  • Actions in which members acted in good faith on duty and have subsequently faced an unfavourable interpretation by the decision authority.
  • Health Committee members are continuing to monitor the ASD (Alternative Service Delivery) of all health services to ensure that benefits are not eroded.  Channels to any perceived 'take-aways' in these or other areas could be funded through the Legal Fund.
